Live sync setup (Firebase)
Paste your Firebase web config below to turn on live multi-device sync. Without it, the app still works fully but attendance & bus counts stay on this device only. Setup takes ~3 minutes — the how-to is in the guide I sent alongside this file.
Event key (namespace): — everyone using the same key + config shares one live board.
Access control · Command PIN
When a PIN is set, Attend, VCP, Logi, Buses and Ration become view-only on every device until the PIN is entered there. Search, QRF and CET stay open to everyone. The PIN syncs with live sync, so set it once and it applies to all devices.
